Won't start or keeps crashing

Start-up errors, blue screens and update loops diagnosed, with your files protected first.

Lost files & failing drives

Repair questions

Do you repair laptops and desktops?

Yes, Windows laptops and desktops, plus help with Macs, tablets and phones. I diagnose the problem first and explain the options and cost before doing any chargeable work.

Can you fix my computer remotely?

Many software problems, such as slowness, pop-ups, email and updates, can be fixed remotely over a secure connection for £30/hour. If it won't start or needs hardware work, I'll visit or collect it.

What if it needs a new part?

I'll tell you what's needed and quote for the part before ordering anything. If the repair isn't worth it compared with a replacement, I'll say so honestly.

Will I lose my files?

Protecting your files comes first. Before any major work I'll check what's important and make sure it's backed up where possible.

Which areas do you cover?

Anywhere in North Norfolk and north of Norwich, including Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, North Walsham, Aylsham, Mundesley, Fakenham, Wells-next-the-Sea and the villages in between.
