Can I keep using Gmail?
Yes. The simplest setup forwards messages into your existing Gmail inbox, and Gmail can usually be set up so your replies come from your business address.
Do I need Microsoft 365?
Not always. It's a great choice if you want proper mailboxes, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive or several staff accounts. For a simple setup, forwarding to Gmail may be all you need.
